In this Immersion we will dive deeply together to discover your Rest needs and you will learn how to Restore your true essence.
We will dig up the perfect crystal that you are, then we will admire you and embrace you, exactly as you are, maybe covered in earth and poo and humus and whatever other debris might be clinging to you. We will embrace you as whole and perfect just as you are. Not lacking anything, not less than, not too much of anything.
We will then begin to clean off the muck that you've crawled through to get here, the muck that's dimming your shine, until your dazzling magnificence in all its unapologetic resonance sparkles like the Sun at high noon on Summer Solstice, like all the stars in the night sky, and and the Moon at her fullest.

Wheel of Restoration
In our first session we will look at the 8 Pillars of Rest and create a Wheel of Restoration that plots your current situation, and a Wheel of Restoration that plots your goals.
Each segment of the wheel represents one of the 8 Pillars of Rest, which together create a complete picture of your personal needs and goals, supports the overall goal of Restoration, and provides a blueprint for living your most rested, whole-hearted, peaceful and powerful life.

Coaching
You will receive one 60-min coaching session per pillar based on your Wheel of Restoration.
We use EFT, Practical Magic cards (and sometimes other decks) and Somatics to begin to clear the blocks, change any limitiing beliefs that arise, and access your intuition on how to achieve your goals.
You will receive your Practical Magic Activation Deck in the post before the programme begins.
